How it works:

When connected to 3-5V power supply, 37 leds are divided into 4 groups, whenever the power supply is switched on, 4 triodes will compete for the pilot pass, but due to differences in components, there is only one triode most pilot pass, here assuming Q1 most pilot pass, then LED1 this group is lit, due to Q1 conduction, its collector voltage drops so that the left end of the capacitor C2 drops, close to 0V. Since the voltage at both ends of the capacitor cannot be mutated, the base of Q2 is also connected to approximately 0V, Q2 is cut off, so the LED2 group connected to its collector is extinguished; At this time, the high voltage of Q2 increases the collector voltage of Q3 through capacitor C3, Q3 will also be quickly switched on, and the LED3 group will be turned on. Therefore, for a period of time, the collector of Q1 and Q3 will be low, the two groups of LED1 and LED3 will be turned on, and the LED2 group will be turned off. However, with the charging of C2 by the power supply through resistance R2, The base voltage of Q2 gradually increases. When it exceeds 0.7V, Q2 changes from cutoff state to on-state, the collector voltage drops, and the LED2 group is lit. Meanwhile, the dropped voltage of Q2's collector also decreases through C3 and the base voltage of Q3, which changes from on-turn to cutoff, its collector voltage increases, and the LED3 group is extinguished. The circuit cycles according to the process described above, and three groups of 18 leds will be lit in turn, two groups are lit at the same time, and these leds are cross-arranged into a heart pattern, constantly flashing and shining in a cycle to achieve the effect of flow display.
